"KCHC masterfully provided a full basement finish for our home. We received estimates from three local companies for a bar, living room, bedroom, bathroom and office to be built along with the installation of a new egress window. KCHC not only beat the other estimates on the overall pricing they offered higher quality finishing products for the project. This project included: Floorplan design assistance, framing, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custom bar with granite, custom entertainment center, custom electronics installation, custom fireplace/mantel, detailed tile work, custom stairway, high grade carpet install, floor/ceiling trim, high grade paint finish, and excavation of egress window. Total finished square footage is approx 1200."
KCHC offers a high end finish at a reasonable price. The results speak for themselves. If you are thinking of working with them, they can arrange a viewing of their previous work. One reason we chose them is that they are a smaller company which can provide personal attention to your project. They also specialize in basement finishes, so there is nothing that they haven't seen. They provided a personal touch as well. I was able to speak with the general contractor daily as the project progressed. With any large project, there are some hiccups along the way, but when that occurred, they worked hard to correct the problem. There was never an issue that was not resolved to our satisfaction. For example, a subcontractor tore up some of the lawn while excavating the egress window. Chase (the general contractor) worked to re-level and re-seed the lawn immediately after that incident. The project progressed like any full finish would. In order, they completed, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, tile, trim, cabinet installation, paint, carpet and finishing details. Overall, the basement finish level far exceeds our existing builder's home finish upstairs. We feel that they used high quality materials. And if anything does fail, KC Home Creations offers a two year warranty on the project. All the other companies we received estimates from only offered a one year warranty. They were also willing to install anything extra that we purchased such as in-ceiling speakers. We could not be happier with the end result."

"We just had our basement finished and turned into an office and living room. The work is fantastic. We now have a built in floor to ceiling bookshelf along with a flush mounted LCD TV on the same wall. We had three people bid on the job and after going over all the details, we decided on KC Home Creations and don't regret it for a second. The built in bookshelf, crown molding, flush mounted TV and all the components for the TV are hidden (not something we would've got from anybody else). I would highly recommend them for all future remodeling needs."
